Terms of service

1. Who runs this

Haechi Games runs this site (haechigames.com) and the games served from it. We are a different operator from Haechi. If you played at a Haechi address before, these games are now operated by Haechi Games.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. There is no separate password to create, so we never hold one. What we store is laid out in a table in the privacy policy.

If one person makes several accounts to distort rankings or rewards, we may restrict those accounts. When we do, the reason is shown inside the game.

3. Leaving

You can leave at any time. There are two places to delete from.

• Site membership data — “Delete account” on your account page
• Game records — delete them through the settings or account management feature in the relevant game.

The two are independent. Deleting the site account leaves the game records, and the reverse also holds. Deletion cannot be undone.

4. Things inside the games

In-game currency, characters, and equipment are a right to use while playing, not property. We do not convert them to cash, and buying or selling accounts is not allowed. Numbers may change for balance — such changes are announced inside the game.

5. What not to do

• Playing with a modified build or an automation tool
• Deliberately loading the server, or trying to get into someone else's account
• Putting abusive language in a nickname or an enquiry

6. The service can stop

Maintenance, outages or hosting issues may interrupt service, and a game may be discontinued. Service closure will be announced in advance. We do not compensate for interruption of free services. We investigate and fix operational problems.

7. When this document changes

Any change updates the “last updated” date on this page. For a significant change we announce it in the games or on the site as well.

8. Contact

Questions about this document can go through contact.
